Use the 7mm Knee Sleeves when you want extra warmth, compression, and stability around the knee joint. Especially for:

  • Heavy sets and PR attempts
  • High volume days
  • At the start of your training to keep the joint warm quickly
  • Movements with deep knee flexion

Knee Sleeves support but do not replace technique or warm-up.
