PLACING AN ORDER

Select the desired size and click 'Add to Cart'
After adding all required items to your shopping cart, select the checkout option
You will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information
Review your order to ensure all items and details are correct
Click 'Place Order'
You will then receive an order confirmation by email at the email address you provided when placing the order

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, an email will be sent to the address you provided when placing the order explaining the issue that may have occurred.

Be sure to check your shopping cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before clicking the 'Place Your Order' button, as we may not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted.
Thor Athletics reserves the right to refuse or cancel the fulfillment of your order for any orders on the Thor Athletics website. We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is not available / out of stock
Your billing information is incorrect or unverifiable
Your order is suspected of fraudulent activity
We could not deliver to the address you provided
Force majeure
In case of typographical errors, pricing, or other mistakes or errors in the website information

DATA VERIFICATION
We may verify your data before shipping your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. All orders found to be placed under fraudulent pretenses will be subject to investigation.

USER CONTENT

We are in no way responsible for investigating or evaluating User Content, nor do we accept any responsibility or liability for User Content. We do not endorse or control the user content submitted or posted on the site, and therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the user content. You understand that by using the site you may be exposed to user content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you. You acknowledge that we have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse to post or remove User Content at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to modify, shorten, or remove User Content. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to remove user content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, and we reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice for all users who violate these Terms and Conditions or infringe the rights of others.

DELETION OF USER CONTENT

If you want to delete your user content on our website or in connection with our mobile applications, please contact us by email at thorathleticsnl@gmail.com and include the following information in your deletion request: first name, username / screen name (if applicable), email address linked to our website and/or mobile applications, your reason for deleting the post, and the date(s) of the post(s) you want to delete (if you have them). We may not be able to process your deletion request if you cannot provide such information to us. It may take up to 10 business days to process your deletion request.

PRICES / CURRENCY
The product prices displayed on the website include value-added tax (VAT) (if applicable). Shipping costs are calculated per order. The exact shipping costs depend on the country where your order is delivered.

PRICE CHANGES
Thor Athletics reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any prior warning. All orders placed before this change cannot be adjusted to the revised price.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Thor Athletics cannot be held responsible for packages delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

Customs, strikes, riots, civil commotion, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

CUSTOMS
Countries in the European Union may be subject to additional payable duties.

As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country in which you reside; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

The final value of your order excludes any additional charges. The carrier will notify you of any additional duties prior to delivery.

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will then be returned to the Thor Athletics warehouse and refunded. Shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.

By law, Thor Athletics is required to declare the correct amount paid for each outgoing international package. All requests to change this information will be denied.

DISCOUNT CODES
Only one discount code can be used per order.

Thor Athletics reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without further discussion.

The use of discount codes depends on stock availability.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Thor Athletics owns all intellectual property rights on the website and on the material published on it. These works are protected worldwide by copyright laws.

3. Safe Use: It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the accessories correctly and safely. This includes following all instructions and warnings provided with our products. If you are unsure about proper use, we recommend seeking professional advice.

4. Health Advice: Consult a doctor or qualified medical professional before using our accessories, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or are new to strength training. Thor Athletics does not provide medical advice and our products are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice.

5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Thor Athletics from any claims, lawsuits, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our products. This means you will not hold Thor Athletics liable for any legal actions resulting from injury or damage caused by the use of our accessories.
