Shipping policy

We do everything to deliver your order quickly and neatly. Below you will find all information about processing, delivery times, and shipping.

 

Processing & shipping

• Mon–Fri:
  NL: orders placed before 21:00 will be delivered tomorrow.
  BE &  EU: orders placed before 21:00 are shipped today.
• Weekend: orders from Sat–Sun will be shipped on Monday.
• After shipping, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace email.

 

Delivery times (indicative)

• Netherlands: 1–2 working days (free shipping)
• Belgium: 2–3 working days (free shipping)
• Germany: 3–4 working days
• Rest of Europe: 6–8 working days

During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions) delivery may take a little longer.

 

VShipping costs

• NL & BE: free on all orders.
• Other countries: rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Insured shipping (recommended)

Choose Insured shipping (100%) in the shopping cart for full coverage in case of loss, theft or damage. You will then quickly receive a replacement product or your money back.

 

Address verification & delivery issues

Please check your address details carefully. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused shipment, or failed delivery, additional shipping costs for redelivery may be charged.

 

Responsibility during transport

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, the transport is their responsibility. In case of loss or damage, we are happy to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. With the Insured shipping option, you are directly covered for this.

 

Customs, VAT and import duties

Shipments outside the EU (such as UK and US) may be subject to local VAT/import duties. Any additional costs are the recipient's responsibility.
