Lifting Straps are bands that you wrap around your wrists and the barbell/bar to strengthen your grip during pulling movements. They shift the focus away from your hand strength, so your target muscles do more work, useful for deadlifts, rows, RDLs, pull-ups, and much more

When should you rather not use Lifting Straps?
