Wanneer moet je een powerlift riem gebruiken?

Je gebruikt een powerlift riem bij zware compound-oefeningen (squat, deadlift, overhead/bench varianten) zodra de set écht zwaar wordt, denk aan RPE 8+ of intensiteiten rond >80% van je 1RM. Tijdens warm-ups en isolatieoefeningen is een lifting belt meestal niet nodig.
