Shipping and returns
After ordering:
Standard shipping
Netherlands 1-2 working days
Belgium 2-3 working days
(Please note that during certain holidays/promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, shipping times may be longer due to high demand)
- Exchanges are only allowed if items are not defective or damaged.
- Returns/exchanges are only allowed within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds/exchanges are not allowed for items returned after 30 days.
- Items damaged by your fault will not be exchanged.
- If you believe your items are defective, please first contact our support and provide a brief description of the fault and the location of the fault with photographic details if you think this is relevant. It may not always be necessary for you to return your defective goods to us, and we will assess this on a case-by-case basis at that time.
- Returning goods is at the user's expense
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item; if you want to be sure, please send it with tracking.
- Thor Athletics is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the courier. Thor Athletics is not responsible for package(s) once they are in the hands of a courier.
